COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT

For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), sonderprivateclinic.com.au’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.

You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of sonderprivateclinic.com.au.

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

PACKAGES

Terms and Conditions - Cosmetic Injectables Packages

Treatments cannot be transferred to another person or traded for other services or products.
These packages must be used within one treatment session unless otherwise determined by the medical practitioner.
All cosmetic injectable treatments require pre-booking and consultation with our medical professionals prior to treatment.
Pre-payment / purchase is required.
The brand of treatment is pre-determined by the clinic. The product names are not used in advertising by Sonder Private Clinic. Please contact the clinic for further details.
Cosmetic injectable clients must be considered medically suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our medical professionals. If, after a consultation, the package is deemed not suitable and safe for you; we will make every effort to provide best value for money. No refunds or price reduction will be given if a client purchases a package but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product in the package in one appointment.
Clients may require less or more anti-wrinkle injections of dermal filler to treat the selected area and to achieve the desired result.
The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used for the treatment.
The amount of dermal filler actually administered will be determined solely at the discretion of the prescribing medical practitioner. Amounts will be clearly communicated to the client upon request.
These treatments come with a limitation of result that will be explained to the client upon consultation.
This treatment comes with risks and side effects that will be discussed upon consultation. There is no obligation to the client to continue with the treatment post consultation nor to the practitioner to deliver the treatment if the client is deemed unsuitable.
Advertised prices are based upon our minimum recommended dosage. More units may be required based upon the technician’s assessment of individual’s needs, desired outcome and genetic makeup (both men and women may vary).
Complimentary consultations are for a period of 15 minutes or less.
May not be taken or claimed in conjunction with any other offer.

Terms and Conditions –Microdermabrasion, Oxygen Therapy Facial, Peels, PRP and LED Packages

Sonder Private Clinic practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and can at any time refuse to treat.
Treatments cannot be transferred to another person or traded for other services or products.
Treatments must be taken at the intervals prescribed by the doctor or nurse performing the treatment. These treatments come with a limitation of result that will be explained to the client upon consultation.
Treatments come with risks and side effects that will be discussed upon consultation.
There is no obligation to the client to continue with the treatment post consultation nor to the practitioner to deliver the treatment if the client is deemed unsuitable.
Complimentary consultations are for a period of 15 minutes or less.
May not be taken or claimed in conjunction with any other offer.

Refunds, Appointments and Cancellations - Terms & Conditions

Cosmetic Appointments require a deposit to be made at time of booking. This is redeemable at time of treatment.
Deposits can be paid by credit/debit card over the phone or in clinic.
Deposits paid for any cosmetic, skin or body treatments are non-refundable.
Treatments cannot be transferred to another person or traded for other services or products.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. In the case of a consultation, the charge will be $50 and in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.
Treatments/services and service packages are not transferable.
Sonder Private Clinic has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.
Refunds will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Transfer of Records for Cosmetic Clients

If you require your cosmetic records, please note that all requests must come to us via email to brisbane@sonderprivateclinic.com. If you would like to request in person, the necessary forms can also be completed at the clinic. Please contact reception for further information

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

sonderprivateclinic.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of sonderprivateclinic.com.au.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers Purchased Online and in Clinic

Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit.
Valid for 1 year from issue.
Gift voucher is redeemable for product and services.
Gift voucher is not transferrable.
No change can be given, however unused value will remain until the date of expiry on the voucher.
Client will need to attend a complimentary consultation prior to commencement of treatment.
Sonder Private Clinic reserves the right to determine if the client is suitable for treatment and can at any time refuse to treat. If no other suitable product or service is available, the value of the voucher may be refunded.

SONDER PRIVATE CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Terms and Conditions

Your membership fee will be charged on the 1st day of each month.
Sonder Private Club is a 12-month recurring membership.
$40 one-time enrolment fee.
Memberships are not refundable or transferable.
10% off treatments only includes full priced treatments.
Additional services do not include injectables (dermal fillers and toxins), surgical services or invasive services ie: does not include cosmetic injectable treatments, thread lift procedures, Platelet Rich Plasma or IV Nutrient Therapy.
Free brow sculpt must be booked in with an additional service.
Membership cannot be combined with any other specials, offers or discounts and are not transferrable to another party.
Monthly membership fees cannot be carried over from month to month.
Discounts are only on regular priced items and services. If already discounted, the lesser of the two prices will apply.
Sonder Private Clinic reserves the right to change or terminate the Membership program at any time with a minimum one month’s notice provided to all members.
Sonder Private Clinic’s cancellation and booking policy applies.
The monthly $79.95 fee reoccurring payment will be deducted directly from your credit card or bank account on a monthly basis. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account. If there are insufficient funds your membership will be deemed to be suspended for that calendar month and you will incur a dishonour fee.

Cancelling your membership:

If you cancel your membership each additional time you re-join this membership you will incur a $40 membership re-setup fee.
Your membership must be active in order to redeem any membership services.
All membership cancellations require 30 days written notice and are effective 30 days after the date received. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.

SignING up with SOnder Private Clinic

Upon signing up with Sonder Private Clinic; you will receive $50OFF your first Cosmetic, Skin or Body treatment.
The treatment must be valued at over $250 to receive the $50OFF.
The $50 OFF cannot be used in conjunction with other specials or offers.
The $50OFF cannot be used towards treatments performed by the Doctors.
The $50OFF cannot be used towards Medical or IV Therapy Services.
We respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you upon signing up, and adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles. Please read our separate Privacy Policy carefully.

COMPETITIONS

Terms and Conditions

Sonder Private clinic may run competitions through social media or through it’s Website.
Participation in competitions will be subject to these terms and conditions and any terms and conditions of the competition.
To enter a contest, follow the instructions as detailed.
The prize will be as described and will not be redeemable for cash.
The competition will close at the time advised.
The winner will be randomly selected from verified entries and will be notified either via DM or by email.
The prize will need to be redeemed within 6 months.
Failure to attend booked appointment/s will result in the winner forfeiting the prize/s.
This contest is not connected or administrated by Facebook, Instagram or any other entity.

JURISDICTION

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of QLD and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and sonderprivateclinic.com.au that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of QLD.
